Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using The Haydari Project (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Post or share content that is hateful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to it
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App without our prior written consent

You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the App. By sharing content, you grant The Haydari Project a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content solely as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its design, code, logos, and other content we create — belong to The Haydari Project. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Haydari Project and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Haydari Project operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
